A SeaSon’s Bounty is a festival and event food concessionaire, we specialize in what I like to call gulf coast cuisine. Which is what I consider an infusion of Cajun, Caribbean, Texas BBQ and traditional Florida seafood. I Dan Phillips executive chef and owner formed A SeaSon’s Bounty in the summer of 2011 based on the belief people were tired of the same old food at festivals and events and wanted to try something new, different and unique.
People have been very supportive and responsive to our unique selection of food. I have had the opportunity of being a chef in Hawaii, Florida and Western New York and use my experience to deliver a five star product to enhance any festival or event.
